based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with emphasis on guiding owners
and managers in the successful development, lease-up, management
and sale of real estate assets while achieving the greatest
returns.
From conception to disposition, Housing Advisors International
can provide expertise in areas such as feasibility studies,
due diligence, market analysis, development guidance with product
identification and design, pro-forma analysis, marketing concepts
and campaigns, management company selection, management oversight/asset
management, repositioning of existing assets, corrective plans
for under-performing assets and more.

Linda O’Brien, CPM is
the President and CEO of Housing Advisors International,
LLC.
Linda O’Brien has over nineteen years experience
in multi-family, senior housing and
assisted living real estate strategic planning, execution
and oversight in 27 US states
and the United Kingdom.
Sunrise Senior Living Inc., a publicly traded company,
served as Housing Advisors
International’s first client. Housing Advisors International
was hired to provide asset
management services to a portfolio of 61 properties, which
were owned by a foreign
investment group and a US based investment group, but
managed by Sunrise Senior Living. The assets were valued
at over eight hundred and sixty million dollars. The 61
properties consisted of senior independent living and
assisted living communities, which were located throughout
18 US major metropolitan areas and in the United Kingdom.
